The ownership and licensing of artwork are governed separately by our Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, individual artist agreements.

Submitting artwork to Sketch Theory does not automatically transfer ownership of that artwork to Edition36 Private Limited.

Certain Sketch Theory features may use artificial-intelligence or automated tools to generate:

• Apparel mockups
• Artwork placements
• Product visualizations
• Design variations
• Other creative outputs

When you use such features, artwork or other content selected by you may be transmitted to third-party technology providers used to perform the requested processing.

These providers may include cloud and artificial-intelligence service providers. Sketch Theory currently uses or may use infrastructure and services provided by companies including Amazon Web Services, Google/Firebase, OpenAI, and similar technology providers.

Such processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the requested service, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Users should not upload confidential information or content belonging to another person unless they are authorized to do so.
